The NW Ohio Plumbers and Pipefitters Board of Trustees is pleased to welcome you to this website, which allows you to gain access to all of your benefits so that you can make informed decisions.  This benefits website provides such information as:

• monthly reported work hours by employer
• your health and welfare eligibility status
• reported retirement contributions
• processed medical claims
• demographic information
• dependents enrolled under the health and welfare plan   

Your User Name and Password was recently mailed to your home.  Dependents over the age of 18 were mailed their own User Name and Password.  Please watch your mailbox.  

To Navigate On This Site:

• click the log in link at the top right of the screen.  This will bring up your log in screen
• enter your user name and password then click on the log in button

To Log In:

• click on the login link at the top right of the screen.  This will bring up the Login screen.
• Enter your User Name and Password.  Then click on the submit button

If you log in was successful, you'll see a new menu item named "Member Information"
If your log in was invalid, a message indicating what is wrong will be displayed.
